The Membership gives you access to member features, which may include the design library, content and photoshoot tools, the Value Channel, Ask the Founder, the Networking Lounge, events, pricing tools, consulting discounts and other resources. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service. Some benefits, such as studio discounts, consulting sessions or third-party offers, are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and availability.
You can cancel your Membership at any time from the "My Membership" area of your account, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your Membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, and it will not renew after that. You will not be charged again once you have cancelled.
The Membership gives immediate access to digital content and benefits. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months or periods you did not use. We do not provide refunds simply because you forgot to cancel. Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it in good faith.

All Content we provide, including guides, templates, designs, illustrations, patterns, branding and the Platform itself, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own brand and business while your Membership is active. You may not resell, republish or share it as your own.
Anything you upload or post stays yours. By posting it on the Platform, you give us permission to host and display it so we can provide the service (for example, showing your post in the Networking Lounge or your brand details to a supplier you contact).
The Networking Lounge and other community areas are for respectful, professional interaction between members. You are responsible for what you post. We may moderate, remove posts, pause the chat, or block members who behave inappropriately. We are not responsible for the accuracy of what other members say.
The Platform links to third-party services such as payment processing, studios, suppliers, consulting booking pages and external shops. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, their offers or their availability. Any discount codes or member offers are subject to the third party's own terms and may change or end at any time.
Modest Playbook provides tools, education and resources to help you build a modest fashion brand. We do not guarantee any particular result, sales, growth or income. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we reasonably need to protect the Platform or other members. Where appropriate, we will let you know and give you a chance to put things right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will give you reasonable notice. By continuing to use the Membership after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
